Book sealing
Most shops laminate a cover and call it protected. We seal the whole book, so it is enclosed on every side rather than just front and back. The result is dust proof and spill proof, which matters for anything that lives on a workshop bench, a clinic desk, a kitchen pass or a site office.

An offset press has to recover its plate and setup cost before the first sheet comes out, which is why most printers will not quote 200 letterheads sensibly. Digital printing has no setup cost, so we can.

This is where our finishing line matters. We have a corner rounding machine, which most print shops do not. Square laminated corners lift and peel with handling. Rounded corners with a sealed edge look and last like a properly produced card.

Between 50 and 500 copies, digital beats offset every time. Below 50 an offset press cannot price it sensibly and neither can we, so book printing starts at 50 copies. Above 500, offset takes over.

Do you do spiral binding?
We do wiro binding, which is twin-loop metal wire through punched holes. It is what most people mean when they say spiral binding, it lays completely flat in the same way, and the metal finish looks noticeably sharper than plastic coil. We do not offer plastic spiral binding.
How much does printing cost?
A4 black and white is ₹3 per sheet. A4 colour is ₹5 per sheet single sided and ₹7 double sided. A3 colour is ₹9 single sided and ₹12 double sided. Large 12x18 and 13x19 sheets on 170 to 280 GSM card are ₹12 single sided and ₹17 double sided. A4 and A3 printing has a minimum of 100 sheets. What is the difference between wiro binding and soft binding?
Wiro binding threads a twin-loop metal wire through punched holes along the edge, so the book opens completely flat and pages turn all the way around. Soft binding, also called perfect binding, glues the pages into a printed wraparound cover with a square spine, like a paperback. Wiro is quicker and suits reports, records and study material. Soft binding looks more professional and is better for submissions and client-facing documents.
How long does printing and binding take?
It depends on the job. Straightforward printing is usually quick. Binding takes longer, and hardbound work can run to a couple of days because the adhesive and the casing have to set properly before the book is safe to handle. We give you an exact collection date when we quote, and we will not promise a date we cannot hold.
What is book sealing, and how is it different from lamination?
Ordinary lamination protects a cover sheet. Book sealing encloses the entire book, so it is protected on every side rather than just the front and back. That makes it dust proof and spill proof, and the edges cannot lift or peel the way a laminated corner does. It works with wiro, soft and hardbound binding.
Is there a minimum order?
A4 and A3 printing start at 100 sheets. Short-run book printing, where we print and bind the same title in quantity, starts at 50 copies. Binding on its own has no minimum, so you can bring pre-printed pages and we will wiro, soft or hardbound a single book. Custom notebooks, diaries and corporate orders have a minimum that depends on the specification.
Can you print in A3?
Yes. We print A4 and A3 in both colour and black and white. A3 is commonly used for posters, engineering drawings, charts and presentation boards.
What paper GSM do you print on?
Standard document printing is on 80 GSM. For reports and books we usually recommend 90 or 100 GSM, which handles double-sided printing without show-through. Covers are printed on card. Tell us what the document is for and we will suggest the right paper.
Do you deliver across Hyderabad?
Yes. You can collect from our unit in Prashanti Nagar, Kukatpally, or we deliver anywhere in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Delivery charges depend on the distance and the order size.
